Daniel Burrueco has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (1994), an Executive MBA from AEDE Business School (2009) and a Master in Business Intelligence and Big Data from Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI, 2017). His entire professional life has been developed in technological areas, both in sales (sales, pre-sales and operational and strategic marketing) as well as in operations. His experience in the area of data analysis dates back to the first versions of Excel (in the mid-90s), training companies in data analysis techniques with pivot tables (in 2016 he wrote the book "Pivot tables with Excel 2016" published by RA-MA publishing house).
In 2011 he founded the company Coconut Technologies offering eCommerce services that included -from the launch of the Power Pivot add-ins for Excel in 2013- services for analyzing sales and user behavior patterns. Since the launch of Power BI in 2014, he specialized in descriptive analysis techniques, beginning in 2016 his training in predictive analysis techniques (Machine Learning algorithms), studies that he complemented with the Master in Business Intelligence and Big Data carried out at EOI, adding data analysis, Business Intelligence consulting and training services in these areas to its portfolio of services (Power BI, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence...). He currently gives training at the EOI, at the University of Alcalá and at other universities and business schools. He also collaborates with EOI as a mentor and Academic Director of an executive program on Big Data and Business Analytics.
